…a bit more about Gillian, Water, and Tea

After nearly twenty years of providing unforgettable culinary experiences in the nation’s top luxury hotels, Gillian decided to go back to what she enjoys most: Tea. And not only serving and sipping on a cup of it, but the joy she finds in providing a memorable and intimate dining experience for you and your loved ones.

This love of Afternoon Tea has led Gillian to The Phoenician Scottsdale, Park Hyatt Washington DC, Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle,  the Fairmont Grand del Mar in San Diego, scenic Monterey - and now the American Riviera.

Aside from Gillian’s ample experience in hospitality’s best-in-class resorts, there has been another common theme across her culinary adventures: water.

She has always been close to oceans and seas, spending years traveling and working in coastal cities like San Diego, Seattle, Los Angeles, Monterey and Santa Barbara. The ocean and that cool, salty breeze have always been a constant.

No matter where Gillian finds herself, as long as there is a body of water, she’ll feel at home . . . and sometimes that body of water can be as small as a tea-cup’s worth.
